I am a 2012 graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Groton, and 2015 graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, Albany.
I use Swedish, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, and Trigger Point Therapy.
I will be happy to discuss your concerns, and goals, and come up with a massage plan that works best for you.

Hot Towel Foot Reflexology
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Price varies with length of massage
Towels heated up and wrapped around your feet. An invigorating lotion is used specifically for your feet to help massage out the aches and pains of the day or week. Special consideration will be used on pregnancy clients.
$10 additional charge for 60 and 90-minute massages
Thai Herbal Ball Massage
Himalayan Salt Hot Stone
Soft muslin fabric, filled with traditional Thai herbs and spices including lemongrass, turmeric, parai, kaffier lime, camphor, and tamarind. The herbal ball treatment is traditionally hot as a tool to work on specific parts of the body that need special attention for muscular tightness or pain. Each ball is designed for single-client use.
$15 extra for 60 and 90-minute massages
Using heated Himalayan hot stones with jojoba oil, I can relax your muscles on a deeper level. Plus, you get all 84 trace minerals required for life directly onto your body. Very relaxing!
